Refund Policy
At SDIM, we operate with transparency, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering high-quality learning experiences. Our Refund Policy is designed to provide clarity and maintain fairness for all participants enrolling in our AI Tools Workshop and other training programs.
1. No Refund After Enrollment
Once a student has enrolled, registered, or made payment for any workshop, course, or training program, fees are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. This policy helps us maintain operational discipline and reserve seats responsibly.
2. Non-Transferable Fees
All paid fees are non-transferable. Enrollments cannot be shifted to another course, batch, or individual after registration is completed.
3. Batch Rescheduling
If, for any reason, SDIM reschedules a batch or workshop, students will be offered an alternative batch date. No monetary refunds will be issued, but accommodations will be made to ensure a smooth learning experience.
4. Cancellation by Institute
In the rare event that Gplus Solution cancels a program entirely, participants will be eligible for a full refund, processed within 7–10 working days.
5. Student Absenteeism
If a student misses sessions due to personal reasons, SDIM will not issue refunds. However, session recordings or alternative class adjustments may be provided as per availability.
